Why we built this

We make what we wanted to wear.

After ostomy surgery, Rob Nunnery wanted to create support wear that matched how he lives — professional pickleball, travel, and everything in between.

So he built his version. That's Ostowear.

FAQ

Common questions

How does the Core Belt work?

It wraps around your midsection and secures with a Velcro closure. Your pouch passes through the 8cm 4-way stretch stoma opening on the back panel while the belt holds everything flat and secure. The hidden zipper pocket gives you access for drainable pouches without taking the belt off.

What ostomy types does it work with?

Colostomies, ileostomies, and urostomies. The 8cm 4-way stretch opening accommodates most standard pouch flanges. Works with one-piece and two-piece systems.

Can I work out in it?

That's what it's for. The founder designed it to play professional pickleball. Moisture-wicking fabric keeps you dry. The anti-slip silicone strip prevents shifting during movement. Seamless knit means no chafing, even during extended wear. It was built for this.

Is it visible under clothing?

No. The Core Belt sits flat against your body. Black colorway, seamless construction, no visible lines or bulk under shirts, dresses, or athletic wear. That's the point.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. The antimicrobial fabric resists odor between washes. We recommend owning two so you always have one ready.

What sizes are available?

S, M, and L. The Velcro closure gives you adjustment range within each size. Check the size guide before ordering — the belt is designed for a snug, supportive fit.
